I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and clean with an excellent view from the entry foyer. The service over the 3 nights was exceptional, with the staff being friendly and always helpful, making my time in Florence easy and enjoyable. The location is fabulous, close enough to downtown to explore easily yet away from the noise, next to the scenic Arno River and within walking distance of major attractions. The dining experience was satisfactory, offering a continental breakfast but could have been improved with some hot snacks. Overall, the facilities were convenient and provided a comfortable stay.

I stayed on the 3rd floor with a view of the Arno river. The rooms smelled of stale smoke and were in need of a good clean. The hotel provides a refrigerator, bars, and A/C which were controlled centrally, suitable during the heat wave in Milan. However, the rooms are showing their age.

I couldn't have asked for a more convenient location in Florence. The hotel was just minutes away from major attractions, offering a superb experience.
